In the state of Kentucky, as well as many other places around the United States, a movement is afoot to help keep graduating high school seniors safe during graduation festivities and help them end the year, and their high school careers, in a wholesome and fun way.

book-now-buttonEach high school plans these events a little differently, but the basic principle is the same: raise funds throughout the year by appealing to parents, area businesses, and community leaders, as well as special fundraising events—and at the end of the year, use these funds to throw a safe, fun, drug- and alcohol-free event that can involve everything from bowling to rock climbing to music concerts and more. Often times schools will raffle off items like dorm room refrigerators, coffee pots, and other things high school students will need for their coming college life.

These events have been shown to drastically reduce the frequency of underage drinking as well as drunk driving arrests and injuries during graduation festivities. They are a great way to help students make memories with their closest friends before they scatter across the country and the world to continue their adult lives.

This is where Holder Family Fun Center comes in. High schools from as far away as Kentucky have begun to book the fun center for their end-of-year graduation festivities, and we have loved being a part of these fun events. When high schools book the fun center for their graduating class, each student gets a $25 arcade card, unlimited bowling, and fun foods like pizza, chips, wings, and more, all while being able to hang out with their friends and enjoy everything the fun center has to offer all night long and on into the morning.

The time to book for these events is now, so if you are in charge of organizing an end-of-year event for high school students in Tennessee, Kentucky, or beyond, contact Holder Family Fun Center today!
